This shop sells printable calendars and workbooks. We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you give us.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, and what you bought. If you order a personalised almanac we also collect your date of birth, your birth city, and the country whose holidays you wanted printed. This is used only to generate your file.
• Payment details — handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, and the last four characters of the billing method.
• Journal subscription — if you subscribe, we store your email address and the fact that you subscribed, so we know who to write to.
• Basic, aggregated traffic figures — page views, referrer, and country. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not build a profile of you and does not place advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your file, and to answer your email if you write to us.
• To send you the Journal, if you asked for it. Every letter includes an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the shop running and prevent fraud.

We do not use your birth information for anything other than producing your almanac. It is not stored after your file is generated, and we never use it to make predictions about your health, wealth, or relationships.

Who else sees it

Three parties, and only for these jobs:

• Our payment provider, which processes the payment and sends the money to us.
• Our email provider, which delivers your receipt and, if subscribed, the Journal.
• Our hosting provider, which serves the website files.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not share it with ad networks, analytics companies, or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any dispute. Subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe. Delivery addresses and generated files are deleted within 30 days of delivery.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK, California, or another place with privacy law, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it, or ask us to port it somewhere else.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. It stores your order details in your browser only so the checkout form can pre-fill itself if you come back. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us until you submit it.

Children

This shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for anyone subscribed to the Journal, mention it in a letter.
